Reviews

Reputation managementfor aesthetics practices

We're a reputation team for medi-spas, plastic surgery practices, and cosmetic dermatology. Every recent patient gets a review request. Every review gets a careful response — drafted, never echoing clinical detail, never confirming patient-hood, always for your approval before it posts.

The work

A full reputation program — request, monitor, respond. Every step under your approval.

01
Review request campaigns
Post-visit email and SMS requests sent to every recent patient — no screening, no funnel filter. The reviews you earn are the reviews that post.
02
Multi-platform monitoring
Google Business Profile, Yelp, Healthgrades, Zocdoc, Facebook, RateMD, Vitals. New reviews surfaced promptly so you can respond before sentiment compounds.
03
Drafted responses
Obris Launch drafts a response to every review — positive, mixed, negative. You approve before it posts.
04
Responses written for medical practice review
Never confirming patient-hood. Never echoing clinical detail. Never naming staff in complaints. Never offering compensation publicly. The rules medical reputation work runs on.
05
Escalation routing
Complaints alleging injury, malpractice, or billing disputes go to you directly with recommended next steps — not posted publicly.
06
Monthly reputation report
Review velocity, star-distribution trend, response rate, top platforms, competitor benchmarks.

Why it matters

Reviews are the single biggest driver of new-patient decisions in medical. And responses matter almost as much as the reviews themselves.

First

thing most prospective patients check before booking is your reviews — the star rating and how you respond both factor.

Stars

are the filter. A low rating, or a string of unanswered complaints, and many prospective patients keep scrolling.

Replies

matter almost as much as the reviews. A practice that responds — carefully, without confirming anyone is a patient — reads as engaged and trustworthy.

Quick

response window before reviews start counting against you. Obris Launch drafts compliant responses for your approval as new reviews come in.

How Obris Launch does it differently

Review-response for medical practices is a compliance minefield — HIPAA, FTC, and state-board rules all bear on a single public reply.

Responses written the way medical reputation requires

Drafted against the rules this work has to follow. Reviewed against compliance before reaching you for approval.

Every recent patient gets the request

No screening, no funnel filter. The reviews you earn are the reviews that post. Practices that respect this build the trust that compounds.

Aesthetics-vertical rules

FDA promotional rules for prescription products (Botox, fillers, GLP-1s). AmSpa norms for medi-spa scope-of-practice. ASPS guidelines for plastic surgery outcome claims. AAD aesthetic guidelines for cosmetic dermatology. State medical board defaults applied per response.

Questions practices ask

Can you remove bad reviews?
Sometimes. If a review violates platform TOS (harassment, fake, competitor-posted), we file a removal request. Platforms approve about 15–25% of these. What we cannot do is remove legitimate negative reviews — that's not how any platform works.
What if a review mentions medical detail?
Our response cannot echo, confirm, or even acknowledge that detail. We draft a generic-but-warm response that works whether or not the person is actually a patient. Confirming patient-hood is a HIPAA violation.
Who signs off on responses?
You do. Every drafted response is in your approval queue. You can approve as-is, edit, or reject. Nothing posts without your go-ahead.
How fast can you respond?
Drafts are ready within 2–4 business hours of a new review appearing. After approval, we post within another hour. Weekend reviews drafted Monday morning unless you've enabled weekend mode (Premium).
What platforms do you cover?
Starter: Google Business Profile only. Growth: + Yelp + Facebook. Premium: all 7 (+ Healthgrades, Zocdoc, RateMD, Vitals).

Review management scales with tier.

Starter = GBP-only monitoring + response drafting. Growth adds Yelp + Facebook. Premium adds Healthgrades, Zocdoc, RateMD, Vitals plus weekend coverage.
