Why does my Tulsa house feel humid even when the AC is on?
The most common cause is an air conditioner that is oversized for the house. It cools the air fast and then shuts off before running long enough to pull much moisture out, so you hit temperature but stay clammy, and the extra humidity the Tulsa area carries makes it more noticeable.
