Insurance claim help

Roof insurance claim help, start to finish.

Most homeowners file one roof claim in their life. We have been through plenty of them. We document the damage, meet your adjuster on the roof, and make sure the approved scope covers the work the roof actually needs.

A roof claim gets decided by two things: what the adjuster sees, and how well it was documented before they arrived. If nobody photographed the bruising on the north slope, it did not happen as far as the file is concerned.

We stay on the contractor side of the line. We document the damage, we are on the roof when your adjuster is on the roof, and we review the approved scope against what the job genuinely requires. We do not negotiate your claim for you and we do not touch the money side. That stays yours, which is exactly where Oklahoma law intends it to stay.

What we handle, and what stays yours

  • A damage report written the way an insurer reads one
  • Photos and measurements tied to each affected slope
  • We meet your adjuster on the roof, at your appointment
  • Scope review so nothing needed is left off the estimate
  • Supplement documentation when the scope misses something real
  • A plain explanation of what your policy appears to cover
  • One point of contact from first call to final walk
  • You keep control of the claim, the money, and the decision

Detail

We work the roof. You keep the claim.

There is a line between documenting damage and adjusting a claim, and we stay firmly on our side of it. What you get is a contractor who knows what the estimate should include and will stand on the roof and say so, not someone taking a cut of your settlement.

Where we work

Insurance Claim Help across the Oklahoma City metro.

We are based in Oklahoma City and we work the whole metro. Every roofing contractor working for a fee in this state has to be registered with the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board, and since 1 July 2026 residential work also requires the Residential Roofing Endorsement. Ask anyone who knocks on your door for both. If you are nearby and not on this list, call us anyway, we probably cover you.

Questions

Insurance Claim Help, answered.

Will filing a roof claim raise my premium?

That depends on your carrier and your history, and we are not in a position to promise you either way. What we can do is tell you honestly whether the damage is worth a claim before you file. Sometimes a repair costs less than the deductible, and in that case filing helps nobody.

Do you waive deductibles?

No, and you should be wary of any Oklahoma roofer who offers to. Absorbing or rebating a customer's insurance deductible is prohibited under Oklahoma law. A contractor willing to break that rule with you is telling you something about how they will handle the rest of the job.

What if my claim gets denied?

A denial is not always the end of it. Sometimes the inspection missed a slope, sometimes the documentation was thin. We can provide additional documentation for you to submit, and you have the right to request a reinspection. If the roof genuinely is not damaged, we will tell you that too.

Do you handle the claim for me?

We handle the roof side: documentation, the adjuster meeting, and scope review. The claim itself stays in your name and your control. Only a licensed public adjuster can negotiate a claim on your behalf in Oklahoma, and a roofing contractor is not that.
