Roof inspections
Our inspections are free and they are not a sales visit. We get on the roof, check the parts that decide whether it lasts, and give you a plain report with photos. If your roof has years left, that is what the report will say.
Most roof inspections in this market are a pretext. Someone walks the roof for four minutes, comes down, and opens a laptop with a replacement quote already on the screen. That is a sales call wearing an inspection costume.
A real inspection covers the whole surface, every penetration, the soft metal, and the attic underneath, because ventilation problems show up inside long before they show up outside. You get the photos regardless of what we find, and you keep them whether or not you ever hire us.

Shingles get the attention. Valleys, step flashing, pipe boots and ventilation are what let water in. We inspect the joints and the transitions first, because a roof with ten good years of shingle left can still be leaking at a chimney.

Where we work
We are based in Oklahoma City and we work the whole metro. Every roofing contractor working for a fee in this state has to be registered with the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board, and since 1 July 2026 residential work also requires the Residential Roofing Endorsement. Ask anyone who knocks on your door for both. If you are nearby and not on this list, call us anyway, we probably cover you.
Questions
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. You get the photos and the written summary whether you hire us, hire someone else, or decide the roof is fine and do nothing. We would rather be the company you call in three years than the one that pressured you today.
Usually forty-five minutes to an hour for a typical home in the metro, including the attic. Larger homes, steep pitches, and commercial low-slope roofs take longer. We do not rush it, because the point is to find the things a quick look misses.
It is worth doing. A buyer's inspector will get on that roof, and finding out about a flashing problem during your own inspection is far cheaper than finding out during negotiation. You also get documentation showing the roof's condition on a known date.
Yes. Low-slope and flat commercial roofs get a different inspection: seams, terminations, drains, and ponding areas, plus the rooftop equipment curbs, which are a common leak source that nobody thinks to check.
